Tuscan ricotta cheese and spinach gnocchi with a sage butter sauce and parmesan cheese.

Cover the unfrozen gnocchi with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or in microwave oven for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
